Our mission is simple:

Complete Office Supply is trained and equipped to be the sole source for All the office supplies and office furniture every company needs. We promise to develop ongoing training and education programs for our staff so that we may continue to deliver the best service and support to our clients and be the ultimate source of knowledge for any office supply product and office furniture question you may have.

Complete Office Supply Indianapolis was founded in 1988 with the idea to be the best office supply vendor in the metropolitan Indianapolis area. This local model was quickly achieved and growth came quickly and with it new product offerings. In 1990, we began offering office furniture to our product mix of everyday office supplies, copy paper and toner products. By 1993, we had rounded out those offerings with an extensive array of Information Technology products and also Janitorial and Break Room items.

By 1995, we had begun fine tuning our internal technological platforms as well as our marketing and sales teams. We combined outside sales with tools such as website ordering. These early stages of outside sales and marketing were not allowed to take our personal touch away from the way we do business.

Complete Office Supply continued to offer very low prices, but we also kept our inside sales team in regular contact with our clients by calling our clients every time orders were placed on line to inform our clients that their orders have been received, but also to let help guide them to better value office products if their orders contained “off-sale” items. We knew technology was important.

As we came into the 21st Century, Complete Office Supply continued to look for ways we could improve our company for our clients and our staff. One of those key moves was consolidating our company from the 3 locations we had developed into one superstore location that could house the operations of our customer service team, our sales support team, a full-service office showroom, our server operations, our warehouse and distribution team and our fleet of delivery vehicles. We continue to base the majority of our operations here today.

Through strong growth during this decade we have developed a need for more space to warehouse the many items we buy directly from companies such as Hewlett Packard, Avery, Sanford and Hammermill. This commitment to buy more product direct from our manufacturers has allowed us to drive our pricing down to levels not possible from our more well known competitors (such as Staples, Office Depot and Quill). This low pricing strategy for the office supplies and office furniture items we sell has created a problem though…Business…LOTS of Business!

Complete Office Supply has been committed to offer great next-day service to all of clients. Due to the high volume of business, we have sought out and found ways to handle our facility needs. We have partnered with other facilities and companies locally and nationwide. This partnership allows Complete Office Supply to offer distribution of office supplies and office furniture nationwide. Smart strategies by Complete Office Supply equals products that are inexpensive, cheap, low cost, great value, best buy, super deals, great sale pricing…you pick the term you like the best!

He inputs phone orders and specializes in custom stamps and nameplates. Mike can help you with orders from our website and can give you specific item numbers for a certain product. michaelb@completeos.com Luke-Thompson-Complete-Office-SupplyLuke designs the delivery routes for the drivers’ shipments. He makes deliveries as needed and oversees the other drivers. Luke also maintains the warehouse and the entire inventory in house.
